Because of the amount of spam on the Internet these days, it is getting more difficult to receive legitimate email that you asked to receive. To make sure this doesn’t happen to you, so you can receive your free bonuses, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Check your email Inbox right now and look for the confirmation email. The confirmation email will be from BuddySlim and will have a subject line such as “Verify your request for information from BuddySlim.” Click on the link given in the confirmation email, and your good to go!
Important: If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your “Bulk” folder (if using Yahoo), “Junk” folder (if using Hotmail), or “Spam” folder (if using AOL, Gmail). If you do see your email in the “bulk”, ‘junk” or “spam” folder, you need to click on the “Not Spam” or “Mark As Safe” button. This will notifiy your email provider that you want to receive these BuddySlim newsletters and bonuses, so they don’t mistakenly block what you asked to receive.
If you’re using your work email, you’re more likely to run into problems receiving our emails, because corporate email programs are more likely to block our emails. If you find this is happening to you, I suggest you resubscribe using a personal or home email account.
Step 2. Make sure to add BuddySlim to your address book/contact list or “approved sender”, “safelist” or “whitelist” in your email account. This will help assure you receive all my newsletters in the future and they aren’t mistakenly blocked.

Hello Buddies!
We’ll be launching the BuddySlim newsletter in the coming weeks. I would like to keep everyone in the BuddySlim community updated especially on the results of the weekly challenges. So I have a favor to ask… For the Team leaders to post their results and any important news on my blog. I will be updating my blog on a weekly basis to get your feedback and input.
We’ll keep the newsletter low key and add more info to it as it grows. Let me know if you would like me to add a diet and weight loss tip section to the letter.. I can write a short blurb in this section if you guys want and/or we can have buddies post their own tips to this section.

What Works?
Over the years, I have gotten a lot of emails from BuddySlimmers asking for advice on weight loss. What really works? What do you think of these pills or supplements?
What diet is best? -low carb, high fiber, low fat, low glycemic, high protein?
The good news is that real, sustainable weight loss is simple, achievable, and inexpensive.
